ORDER

This Court by an interim order in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.4511 of 2015 dated 30.09.2016, this Court directed the respondents to pay the salary to the petitioner until further orders.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the interim order dated 30.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
