[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the in view of the order passed in G.O.(D) No.596, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 13.06.2019, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and the relief sought for has become infructuous.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
