Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the tenure of the 5th respondent/vice president is over by 05.01.2025 and the Government has also issued the GO on 06.01.2025 appointing the Special Officers. Hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
