ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2021 in CSR No.301 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged a complaint on 10.08.2021 and CSR.No.301 of 2021 was assigned and thereafter, no enquiry has been conducted. Though he had made several enquires to the respondent Police with regard to his complaint, they have not given any details. The petitioner does not know about the status of his complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR.No.301 of 2021 was assigned and after investigation, the same was closed on 20.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the closure report has not been provided to the petitioner.

5. In view of the same, the respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner forthwith. Thereafter, the petitioner shall agitate the same in the manner known to law.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
