ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from filling up the Clerk post in the third respondent Society.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner had joined in the third respondent Society as Salesman. Subsequently, he was promoted to the post of Attender on 01.07.2022. As per By-laws of the Society, after completion of three years of service in the post of Attender, the petitioner will be considered for promotion to the post of Clerk. Therefore, the turn of the petitioner will come in the year 2025. That apart, the post of Clerk have been filled up by the third respondent and it is reported that today, the new comer is joining in the said post. Therefore, the writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
