2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far as Crime No.403/2012 is concerned, charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.4479 of 2017. Crime No.437 is concerned there are 10286 victims, in Crime No.4 of 2014, there are 9426 victims, in Crime No.531 of 2012, there are 7498 victims, in Crime No.446 there are 8431 victims and in Crime No.396 of 2012 there are 9560 victims. Charge sheet filed on 17.11.2012. 3.The submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought in these Criminal Original Petitions cannot be considered now. However, the 2nd respondent, the Economic Offence Wing, Head Quarters, Anna Nagar, Chennai is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above direction, these criminal original petitions are disposed of.
