This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.No.108 of 2015, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Coimbatore and to quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that during the pendancy of this petition, in the absence of any interim order from this Court, the trial in the case has been almost over and the case has been posted for questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
