Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records with respect of Lr.No.DO/DB/TEC/T.326 dated 28.02.2018 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned.

O R D E R

The petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 28.02.2018 passed by the respondent informing that the petitioner's pre-qualification tender has not been approved by the Tender Award Committee.

2. It is contended before this Court that the said order does not give any reason and therefore, the same is not sustainable.

3. However, the learned Special Government Pleader, based on instruction, submitted that the reasons for rejection will be intimated to the petitioner once the final successful bidder is selected and the contract is awarded as contemplated under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Tender Transparency Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Therefore, once such communication is issued, it is open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions and challenge the selection in a manner known to law. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, however, by granting liberty to the petitioner as stated supra. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
