This writ petition has been filed to issue a Mandamus, directing the respondent to disbursement of the scholarship amount to the petitioner college in the light of the order made in W.P.No.32051 of 2017 dated 11.12.2017.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has not complied with the earlier order of this Court dated 11.12.2017 till date, whereas, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court in the order passed in W.P.No.32051 of 2017 dated 11.12.2017, the petitioner was directed to submit certain particulars. However, he is yet to submit the details as required.
3.Heard both sides and perused the records.
4.Though the writ petition is not maintainable, since the details sought for by the authorities are yet to be provided by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to furnish all the details relating to the total number of SC/ST students and other particulars, as sought for in the communication dated 13.02.2018 to the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent shall consider the said application and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
