ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27890 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 06:30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27890 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
