When the case was listed for hearing on 07.08.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.Mr.M.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the fourth respondent would state that the fourth respondent passed away on 06.04.2019 and the legal representives of the fourth respondent have not been brought on record. To that effect, he has also filed a memo dated 07.08.2019.

3.In the light of the above fact, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
