O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the husband of the detenue for a direction to the third respondent to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had married the detenue on 20.08.2015 and thereafter, the detenue was illegally detained by the fourth respondent, who is the father of the detenue.

3. Today, the detenue, aged about 27 years, is present in Court and states that she is living with her father on her own volition and there is no illegal detention.

4. Recording the above statement of the detenue, this Petition stand dismissed.
