the learned Government Advocate submitted that already investigation completed and the final report also filed before the learned Judicial MagistrateI, Madurantakam on 06.11.2022 and the same is yet to be taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate.

2. The FIR indicates the petitioner has committed the offence under Section 294(b) and 323 IPC, while considering the final report, the trial Court will apply the relevant provisions regarding limitation before taking cognizance.
