Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the demand letter by the respondent in Lr.No.SE/GOBI/DFC/HT/AS/A1/F.ACCD 2006-07 HTSC No.57 DT. 31.05.2007 demanding the sum of Rs.4,35,763/- towards amount security deposit from the petitioner and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
