A.No.535 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 2452 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st defendant in the above suit.

A.No.536 of 2025 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st defendant in the above suit.

A.No.537 of 2025 has been filed to bring on record respondents 14 and 15 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant and rank them as defendants 16 and 17 herein in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, these three applications are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint.

5. Post the suit on 20.02.2025.
