This writ petition has been filed to call for proceedings in GNC/A3/NTS-PREV-2014-15 dated 20.04.2015 issued by the 1st respondent quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioners to enjoy summer vacation II by turns as per the various guidelines of the 2nd respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and therefore, the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
