This petition has been filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.30 of 2018, registered by the first respondent police for offence under Section 436 of IPC, as against the petitioner. Heard Mr.B.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.30 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 13.01.2018 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
