Street, Bharathi Nagar, Selaiyur, Chennai - 73 by considering her representation dated 17.02.2016.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner state that the sale deed in favour of the petitioner is handed over to the petitioner. Since the prayer in the writ petition has been addressed and the prayer does not survive both the counsel submits that the writ petition may be closed as infructuous.
