When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.01.2025, this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the offences under Sections 4(1)(i) & 4(1)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024 has been inadvertently mentioned as Sections 4(1)(i) & 14(1)(A) TN Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024, in the copy of the order.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh copy of the order. Further, the time to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from today (26.02.2025).
