Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent herein in Circular Memo No.CFC/FC/REV/DFC/AAO.HT/AS-3/D.No.166/14 dated 25.11.2014 and the consequential demand made by the 5th respondent in Bill No.PGC-2 dated 28.04.2015, for payment of scheduling and System Operation charges and to quash the same as being arbitrary, illegal and without authority of law and consequently forbearing the respondents from demanding and collecting the Scheduling and System Operation charges from the petitioners.
