Though the writ petitioner was promoted to the post of Superintendent, the service benefits attached therein are not granted. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that in order to claim the service benefits attached to the post of Superintendent, he made representation to the third respondent on 3.2.2016 and no order has been passed.

2. Thus, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner restricted his prayer by stating that it is suffice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

if a direction is issued to consider the representation. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 3.2.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
