Seeking a direction to quash the investigation pending on the file of the 1st respondent herein in Crime No.10 of 2012, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is brought to my notice by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent that the investigation was completed in Crime No.10 of 2013 and final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.1885 of 2015 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. remedies in the manner known to law. Consequently, miscellaneous petition is closed;
