This Petition has been filed for amending the address of the second respondent.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the period to consider the petitioner's application dated 21.04.2022, has already expired and that the third respondent passed away during the pendency of the writ petition.

3. Be that as it may, this Petition stands allowed, as it has been filed only to change of address of the second respondent in the cause title. The time is further extended for a period of three months from today to pass appropriate orders on merits by the substituted respondent, namely, the Regional Transport Officer, Regional Transport Office, Salem West, Salem. The petitioner is directed to serve a fresh copy of the representation to the second respondent within a period of one week.
