PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to Cr.No.456 of 2017, for an alleged offence under Section 447-IPC, 506(2) IPC on the file of the Inspector of Police, E-5, Cholavaram Police Station, Cholavaram, Thiruvallur District and quash the FIR as no prima facie case is made out and the continuance of the proceedings is exfacie illegal and harassment, to secure the ends of justice.
