The present Application has been filed to issue appropriate directions to raise the attachments made by this Court vide order dated 21.06.2021 in A.No.250 of 2021.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the matter has been settled with the respondent.

3. Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that since the parties have settled their disputes, the attachment order passed by this Court dated 21.06.2021 may be raised.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, the order of attachment passed by this Court dated 21.06.2021 in A.No.250 of 2021, is raised and accordingly, this Application is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. 06.03.2023 Note: The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Sub-Registrar Office concerned.
