Seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to return the petitioner's all original certificates by passing orders on the representation dated 11.07.2018, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Along with the Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed W.M.P.No. 24184 of 2018 seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to return all original certificates so as to
enable him to attend that DNB PDCET counselling to be held on 16.08.2018.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined DCH course under the third respondent during the academic year 2016-2018 and he completed the Course in May 2018 and the results were published and he came out successful. He further submits that the petitioner has submitted an application for DNB PDCET July 2018 conducted by the National Board of Examination, New Delhi and he has also attended the examination and got third rank and the counselling will be held on 16.08.2018. Hence, the petitioner has come forward to seek the above said direction.

The learned counsel for the respondents has produced a communication received from the Directorate of Medical Education, Kilpauk, Chennai, dated 13.08.2018 before this Court, in which the Deans are requested to issue original certificates upon the candidates producing the original allotment order/selection documents and give an undertaking / declaration to the Deen along with execution of bond of Rs.100/- stamp paper stating that he will follow prospectus and undertaking to take the compulsory Government Service Post.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already prepared the undertaking/bond as required and therefore, this Court may dispose of the Writ Petition. 6.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the third respondent in person along with the copy of the representation dated 11.07.2018 and in turn, the third respondent is directed to hand over all the documents in original forthwith to the petitioner subject to petitioner executing the bond as required by the communication dated 13.08.2018 issued by the Directorate of Medical Education, Kilpuak, Chennai. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
