This W.M.P. is filed for extension of time to enable the Arbitrator to complete the arbitration proceedings as per the order of this Court dated 24.09.2021 made in W.P.No.16569 of 2021.

2.This Court by the said order directed the Arbitrator to complete the arbitration proceedings within 90 days from the date of reference. As per the order of this Court, reference was made on 28.10.2021 and arbitration proceedings were initiated. The first sitting was on 10.11.2021. Due to repeated E-mails by the 3rd respondent seeking extension of time and COVID pandemic situation, the Arbitrator could not complete the arbitration proceedings within 90 days, as ordered by this Court. 3.Considering the above materials, further time of 90 days from today is granted to the Arbitrator to complete the arbitration proceedings and for passing Arbitration Award.
