Original Application No.55 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J ., The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that pending this Original Petition, Arbitrators have been appointed on 27.03.2023. The learned counsel for the applicant produced a copy of the order passed by the General Manager, Integral Coach Factory, Chennai 600 038, appointing Presiding Arbitrator and Co-Arbitrators. The learned counsel therefore submitted that nothing survives in this matter for adjudication and the same may be closed, however, he prayed to extend the benefit of ad interim injunction granted by this court until the completion of the arbitration proceedings.

The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 also admitted the fact of appointment of arbitrators. On a specific question regarding extension of stay, the learned counsel submitted that he will have no objection in the event the order of interim injunction is extended until the completion of the arbitration proceedings.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J ., kmk In the result, this Original Application is closed, however, the order of interim injunction granted by this court on 27.01.2023 which has been extended subsequently from time to time till today shall continue until the completion of the arbitration proceedings. However, liberty is given to vacate the same if the respondents are so advised.
