(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of the fact that the petitioner has already filed a civil suit bearing O.S.No.29 of 2023 for the same relief, we are not inclined to pass any further orders in the writ petition. It is for the petitioner to prosecute the said suit. The petitioner may request the Court where

the suit is pending for its expeditious disposal, which request may be considered by the Court on its own merits.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
