Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records of the third respondent herein in Crime No.219/2015, dated 15.09.2015 and direct the respondents herein to produce the detenue namely M.Abirami, aged 19 years, daughter of P.Mathiazhagan, before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue M.Abirami, aged 19 years, daughter of P.Mathiazhagan, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she married one Vinothraj, who is also present before us and that they are leading their matrimonial life happily. She expressed her willingness to go along with him.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
