When the matter was subsequently listed on 03.03.2021, Ms. Rose Kamalam, Learned Counsel representing Mr. P.C.Hari Kumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informed that the Petitioner had collected the case bundle from the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner earlier with consent for change of vakalat and had sought time to bring to the knowledge of the Petitioner that the case is listed today. When the matter is called today at 11.07 a.m., there is no representation for the Petitioner.
