Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report daily before the respondent Inspector of police, Mannargudi town police station, Thiruvarur District at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.N.18413 of 2021 dated 01.10.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VASANTHANAYAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18413 of 2021, dated 01.10.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
