This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside Crl.M.P.No.43245 of 2022 dated 03.01.2023 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, for exclusive trial of CCB case (relating to cheating cases in Chennai), and CBCID Metro cases, Chennai.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that bail was granted to the petitioner by learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
