This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the registered Advocate Clerks Association, Kancheepuram, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31146 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial difficulties, the petitioner who is a driver, was unable to comply the condition imposed on him and thereby, he seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) to the Registered Advocate Clerks Association, Kancheepuram and comply with the other conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
