2. By a Common Order, a batch of Original Petitions were disposed on 30.11.2023.

3. Insofar as Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) No.392 of 2023 is concerned, Mr.Anirudh Krishnan, Advocate was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to notice of this Court that in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) No.392 of 2023, the learned Arbitrator has recused himself on account of potential conflict of interest in view of Section 7 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. C.SARAVANAN, J.

5. Considering the same, name of Mr.Anirudh Krishnan is directed to be substituted with the name of Mr.Arun Karthik Mohan, Advocate, empanelled as an Arbitrator in Arbitration Centre of this Court.

6. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties by incorporating the above corrections in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) No.392 of 2023.

7. All other observations in the earlier order dated 30.11.2023 remains unaltered.
