This petition is filed to relax the condition viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6:30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.no.28089 of 2024 dated 13.10.2024. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
