The wife namely, the appellant in C.M.A.No.701 of 2015 agrees to vacate and handover possession of the flat in T.Nagar by today(22.12.2022).

2.The V-Additional Family Court at Chennai will take up O.P.No.1536 of 2010 along with all Interlocutory Applications and dispose of them by tomorrow i.e.,23.12.2022. It will also number the OP for mutual consent by 23.12.2022 and dispose of the same by 31.12.2022 by granting necessary waiver and exemptions.
