By order dated 03.07.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.No.539 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the learned Subordinate Judge, Arakkonam has requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
