This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16208 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27938 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. SUNDER MOHAN,J.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner(s) has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner(s) in Crl.M.P.No.16208 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27938 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner(s) shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
