..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the Letter of Intimation issued in Form V for the election of Tamil Nadu Medical Council, 2007 and the consequential declared result of the election of Tamil Nadu Medical Council, passed by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 20.06.2007 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette in part VI-Section-1 in No.VI (1)/ 350/2007, dated 27.06.2007 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to conduct the election for the Tamil Nadu Medical Council, 2007 in free, fair and proper way with transparency after duly complying with the provisions of Tamil Nadu Medical Council Rules.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
