These applications have been filed to permit the applicant to secure and safeguard the properties described in Annexure D of the Share Purchase Agreement dated 21.12.2005 and to survey and demarcate the above properties.

2. Admittedly, the award has been put into challenge and the petition has also been dismissed.

3. In such view of the matter, the injunction already in force, not to alienate the properties and not to create any encumbrance, is made absolute.

4. In view of the same, no further Order is required in these applications and these applications are closed.
