Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings Na.Ka.No.1493/B2/2012 dated 30.04.2012 issued by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, being violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act and also in violation of principles of natural justice.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings Na.Ka.No.1493/B2/2012 dated 30.04.2012 issued by the first respondent and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, being violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act and also in violation of principles of natural justice.
2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 that the impugned order was passed based on Circular No.67 and during the pendancy of this writ petition that Circular itself was withdrawn on 20.10.2017 and thereafter by Circular dated 06.04.2018 all cancellation orders were recalled. Hence the present impugned order will also be recalled, if not already recalled.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
