Ekambaram detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, to be produced before this Court and set the detenu at liberty and to award cost and adequate compensation.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN J.) The petitioner, who is the mother of the the detenu herein by name, Muniyappan, S/o.Ekambaram, aged 41 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 18.9.2015 against her son branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent as against the son of the petitioner dated 18.9.2015 has been revoked by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Government in G.O.Rt.No.7147, dated 12.11.2015 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
