Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to permit the petitioner to join the post of Assistant Surgeon in the Tamil Nadu Medical Services Department as per the selection already made and intimated by extending the relief granted in the order dated 27.03.2008 made in a batch of writ petitions including W.P.No.37318 of 2007 and allow these writ petitions.
