The Sub Application has been filed seeking to accept the cause title in the contempt petition.

2.In view of the order that is going to be passed, this Court is of the view that the sub application need not be entertained and hence, the sub application is closed.

3.The fourth respondent is not the party in the writ petition and one Amina Parveen.Z.H. is the fourth respondent in the writ petition. Without impleading the fourth respondent as party in the original proceedings and impleading the fourth respondent in the contempt petition is not sustainable one.

4.In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is rejected at the DR stage itself.
