ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.331 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime, Office of the Commissioner of Police, Chennai and quash the same.

2. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that a report has been submitted by the 1st respondent on 11.05.2021 before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, to close the case as "Further Action Dropped".
