ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to remove the name of the 4th respondent in patta No.3088 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, erroneously the name of the 4th respondent is included in patta No.3088 along with the petitioner's name. The petitioner seeks for removal of the name of the 4th respondent in patta No.3088. He had given a representation on 25.08.2025 to the official respondents seeking for removal of the name of the 4th respondent in patta No.3088. Since the said representation was not considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order has Page No.2 of 6
been passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.08.2025 seeking for removal of name of the 4th respondent in patta No.3088 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 4th respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of Page No.3 of 6
twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
