ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the the respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's property bearing Door No.39/8, Anna Nagar, Dharapuram Town, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the grand son of one Nallamani Ammal. The second respondent had given loans to petitioner's grand mother and had cunningly obtained Sale Deed from her. The petitioner was all along in possession of the property. After the death of the grand mother, the second respondent attempted to evict the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner by force but the petitioner has not handed over the possession to the second respondent. While so, the second respondent has filed a petition in RCOP.No.6 of 2014 against one Balasubramaniyan, who was the tenant in the ground floor and now he is attempting to demolish the house.
3. The petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent on 24.01.2022 seeking for police protection. Since the first respondent did not give police protection, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.17 of 2022 finding that there was a civil dispute between the second respondent and the petitioner, the parties were adviced to approach the concerned Jurisdictional Civil Court to obtain appropriate orders. He would further submit that the first respondent is ready to abide by directions of the Civil Court and in the event of any law and order problem, the first respondent will take appropriate action.
5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
