Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.02.2013 and letter dated 20.05.2013 for grant of approval for the academic year 2013-2014 to the petitioner's Institution without insisting upon the order of approval of AICTE.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.02.2013 and letter dated 20.05.2013 for grant of approval for the academic year 2013-2014 to the petitioner-Institution without insisting upon the order of approval of AICTE.

2.It is represented that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
