2. The tender notification, dated 02.01.2015 is for auctioning of the TASMAC Shops. In view of the change of the policy of the Government in auctioning TASMAC Shops to individuals, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition, seeking to quash the re-tender notice for granting Bar License. The prayer has thus become infructuous.
